(revit model and rendering)
1. Getting ready with a sample show house then start off with grid lines. After Drawing grid lines as a guideline, the wall is ready to be drawn after editing the properties of the wall.
2. After drawing walls on the ground floor plan, switch elevation view to change the height of the building. Adjust the grid line in elevation views then put in the height of the building. After connecting all walls to level 1, edit properties of flooring to start drawing the floor.
3. First, draw the shape of the flooring in each every room then edit the different type of floor for every different room. Toilet tiles required for 50mm drop.
4. Adding steps at the patio area. Adjusting the size and set offset of the decking platform. Using separator to cut different the wall at wet kitchen then adjust to the desired height.
5. Adjusting the wall then include measurement. Then adjust the desired height of a riser then calculate the number of steps then adjust the length of the stairs then insert in the staircase.
6. Remove railing from the original staircase, the insert a wall in between. Set level one walls according to the sample floor plan then adjust the height of the building. Then finally, draw different flooring in a different type of area and rooms.
7. Add railing at the opening area near the staircase on level 1 then add another back wall at the backside of the stairs then adjust the height and open #d view to check.
Moving on to add railing at balcony area then recheck it in 3D view. Then adjust the wall height at the patio area.
8. Moving to roof level to draw skylight on the roof. Then open 3D view to check the opening. Draw a glass skylight roof then adjust the slope angle. Open 3D View to check again.
9. After drawing the roof, make extrusion of the outline shape of the roof to make a railing on top of the flat roof. Open 3D view to check the position then make another extrusion on top of the railing as a decorative finish. Adjust height for both then check again in 3D view
10. Draw another small flat roof above the balcony and patio area. then Draw a metal frame to hold the roof using swept then open 3D view to check.
11. Open ground floor and Level 1 plan to insert windows and doors. Then open 3D view to adjust the height of each window and double check thee position of the doors
12. Open Revit Family file to make a new door for the front door. (description in each photo)
13. Create an opening at the side of the balcony to insert custom angle glass panel. Using extrusion to create the glass panel then open 3D view to adjust the thickness of the frame and glass panel. Final checking by opening the 3D view again
14. Create another Revit family file to create a custom fixed window (description in each photo.)
15. Tag each room. then use room separator for open space area then name each area and add room area.
16. Duplicate floor plans and renamed them to colour-filled plan. Edit colour for each room then loads into a project for room legend. Insert in furniture and adjust them incorrect direction and position. Change the materials of the roof.

18. Zoom in on section then adds in footing using region then add another region around footing to add earth-filled. then sect a called out area to zoom another section area then label the call out, for example, 50 mm drop in the toilet.
19. Make a Room Schedule
20. Move-in all drawing into the template paper then rearrange it.
Moving on to rendering after adding lights in revit model the import it into 3DsMAX.
Import file to photoshop to enhance final rendering.
