SITE ANALYSIS AND LOOKOUT STRUCTURE
In project 2, it leads us to our first site visit- Selangor Natural Park. We were given a specific site and we were grouped in two different group- a big group to carry out site data collection and a small group to make details site analysis and design response vignettes. Then as individuals, we are required to design a lookout structure base on our analysis and locate it in the most suitable space.

In a group, we are required to make a detail site analysis according to the site data collection during the site visit. Then, according to the site analysis, we are required to produce design response vignettes, finally to produce the best site use alternative so that we have a clearer mind on where to locate our lookout structure. 6 A3 are required to produce to showcase our research.

Based on the research and analysis made, I have chosen a site to locate my lookout structure which is located at the opposite of the mainland as there is a new plantation area and I have the intention of making user witness the growth of mangrove and take part in the future development of mangrove trees.
The inspiration for the form of the structure is from the seed of mangrove as it especially showcases the growth of mangrove. I have considered a few aspects on where to place it as I wanted it to suit the site without destroying it.
